You can write a comment in support of the draft Title IX rule. The public has until May 15, 2023 to provide feedback on this proposed rule. During this time, anyone can submit a comment saying whether the agency should adopt a rule and why. The U.S. Department of Education must consider these comments before finalizing its rules, so it’s critically important that people who support the rule speak up.
